Back by popular demand, Rooster & Owl, listed as one of the best popups by EaterDC and The Washington Post, returns to Mess Hall DC for a two-night pop up September 16-17. A ticket (15% discount for Columbia Alumni) gets you a 4-course meal featuring 8 dishes.
