At ColumbiaDC, we aim to foster relationships and strengthen intellectual and social engagement among all Columbia alumni in the Greater Washington D.C. area, along with all faculty and constituents of all schools at the University. If you're new to the area, welcome to life in our nation's capital!

ColumbiaDC events unite the Columbia University family to carry on the traditions of intellectual rigor and curiosity. We hold events celebrating these traditions, including: lectures by visiting professors, dinners with graduates who have just published books, professional networking events, receptions at various embassies, private tours of prominent D.C. museums and collections, and of course, happy hours! Our members also benefit from exclusive invitations to One Ivy events, a collaborative effort with the area alumni organizations of the seven other Ivy League schools: Brown, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton, and Yale.

There are about 15000 graduates of Columbia's various schools in the area, and the ColumbiaDC board strives to build this network. When we show up and come together, the power of our network grows. So come join us at a ColumbiaDC event soon! We're confident that it won't be your last.
