White House Tour - October 2018
Join the Princeton Club of Washington and the Ivy Social Club as well as alumni from Princeton, Yale, Columbia, Cornell, MIT, Brown, Dartmouth, Univ. of Pennsylvania, Wellesley, Vassar, Smith, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins and Stanford (and friends) on a free self-guided tour of the White House.
The tour is pending approval from the White House for Saturday, October 27, with a backup date of November 16. U.S. Secret Service will confirm the date and time of the tour about two weeks before the tour, and Bruce McBarnette will pass the information along to those who register. There are very limited spots for this tour and priority goes to ColumbiaDC contributing members.
Date: October 26 with back up date November 16
Time: TBD
Cost: free
RSVP: Register HERE by August 29, at 1:30pm. After you register on this website, and input the password "whitehouse". After you complete the first part of registration, Bruce will send you a link to the White House website where you can complete the second part of registration for the tour. The White House will ask you for your social security number so that Secret Service can do a background check. After the tour is approved, if you're no longer available there is no problem removing you from the tour. You may register up to two guests. Children 4 and over are allowed.
Note: This tour is already filled up, but you can add your name to the waitlist on the website linked above.
