Wellesley alumnae of Washington DC and the Columbia University Alumni Club of Washington, DC are pleased to host a joint Ivy Singles Social Club happy hour on Thursday, July 19th, 6:30-8:30pm, at Le Chat Noir, 4907 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington DC.

Please join us for a post-Bastille Day gathering at this charming French bistro which takes its name from one of the first avant-garde cabarets to open its doors in the Montmartre neighborhood of Paris in 1881. 

**Update: Online ticketing has ended, but walk-ins are accepted at the venue.

We will gather upstairs in the private wine lounge to enjoy an assortment of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and cash bar.    

Prepaid reservations:  $30 online, or by check payable to the Columbia University Club of DC, and sent to Nancy LaVerda: 1280 21st St NW, Apt 606 Washington, DC 20036, postmarked by Saturday, July 13th.    Please note your school on the check.  Walk-ins are $40.  

Le Chat Noir is about a 10 minute walk from the Tenleytown or Friendship Heights Metro stops: http://lechatnoirrestaurant.com/info_dir.htm      Parking is available on side streets.   Take the stairs up to the Wine Lounge.   There is no handicap access, so please let us know if you will need special assistance.
