The Nats new young leadership, 35-year-old President of Baseball Operations Paul Toboni, 33-year-old Manager Blake Butera, and 30-year-old Pitching Coach Simon Mathews, is charged with changing the Nats' culture and building a competitive team. Expect changes, most likely on the mound, behind the plate, at first base, and DH.
