A pop up is a temporary restaurant, giving diners a sample of the Rooster & Owl experience: inventive, contemporary cuisine in a fun, collaborative environment. One ticket gets you an 8-course meal, including desserts by Pastry Chef Corey Jamison (Gramercy Tavern, 701 Restaurant, Fiola).
The 4-course beverage pairing features an exclusive taste of DC's newest and first women-owned distillery, Republic Restoratives, before they open to the public.
